Do I Need Jesus?

For all have sinned and, come short of the Glory of God.   Romans 3:23
For there is only one God, and only one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus.   1Timothy 2:5

If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.  For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.   Romans 10:9&13

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.   1st John 1: 9

Pray this prayer if you have never asked Jesus to be your savior:    
“Heavenly Father, I need You and call upon your mercies. I believe Jesus Christ Your Son paid the penalty for all my sin with His death on the cross and that by Your mighty power He was risen from the dead on the third day.  Jesus, come now into my heart and forgive my sin. I receive You as my savior.   Amen!”

Jesus loves you, and you can talk to Him just like a best friend. One way to hear Him, talking to you, is to read His Word, the Holy Bible.

Now that you are a new person in Christ, you need to get a Bible and read it. The Bible can teach you everything you need to know about life issues. You also need to go to church and spend time with other Christians.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope, then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.  And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:11-13
