Dear Time Travelers,

Choice Christian greetings in the name of our King, Jesus the Christ, He who was, is, and will be the same, yesterday, today, and forever.

Time traveler? But of course you are. You’re traveling through time aren’t you? It’s comforting to know that each of our times and the many divisions of time that we pass through in this season of life and the next are ordered by God.

Hebrews 1:2 AMP  [But] in the last of these days He has spoken to us in [the person of a] Son. Whom He appointed Heir and lawful Owner of all things, also by and through Whom He created the worlds and the reaches of space, and the ages of time [He made, produced, built, operated, and arranged them in order}.

Our time travel is taking us from where we were, to where we are, to where we’re going, and it’s all in the purposeful perfect plan of God. Glory! That means I have purpose and a good reason to be.

Finding ourselves here in 2010 has brought us to a lot of thinking about our past and our future. In our FMI history, we see several anniversaries. 2010 marks 30 years since the initial corporate charter of FMI; 25 years since we began our Mexico Missions Venture; 20 years since establishing Faith Ministries Church, headquarters  for spiritual covering and administration; and 10 years into Vision 2025, the plan given by the Holy Ghost at the turn of this new millennium.

Again, we see God has brought us from a past in His time series and is taking us to another place where we can be sure to find our next assignment. Our past had an end. Our present will have an end, but our future will never end. (Just-a-thought)

As we study the historical aspect of God’s Word, we see where He has brought us (mankind) through a number of times, seasons, and ages. As each ended with fulfillment, another began its time.

In study of the prophetic aspect of His Word, we see time marching on towards fulfillment of another age. Our hearts here are in strong expectation as we feel the power of God drawing us into the next season, a season of transition into the next very age.

As some folks sense these changes happening they get fearful and frustrated, simply because human nature is to fear the unknown (or they watched too many end time doomsday movies). Therefore, it’s a great time to stay connected to the Vine and in harmony with the Holy Ghost. This will eliminate the fear.

Think of your future like this: If you’re born again, then you’re a member of the Body of Jesus Christ. Now, Jesus the Head of the Body will be sure to include every member of His Body in every move He makes. So buckle your seat belt, because Jesus is about to make another giant step in time. Being a Body member means everything He does, you get to do, and everywhere He goes, you get to go. He fully expects us to work hand in hand with Him as He cleanses and renews the garden of His earth.

Hebrews 1:3a  He (Jesus) is the sole expression of the glory of God [the Light-being, the out-raying or radiance of the divine], and He is the perfect imprint and very image of [God’s] nature, upholding and maintaining and guiding and propelling the universe by His mighty word of power…

Get excited church! In this next season God’s power will be manifested though his sons as never before. He’s on time with harvest time!

Romans 8:19 For [even the whole] creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship].
