Continue to help our fellowship of ministers and sister churches do the work of the ministry they are called to do more effectively by supporting and encouraging outreach and growth.

Continue to expand evangelism outreaches such as Christmas and VBS programs into more remote areas.

Continue to put evangelism efforts into communities needing a church.

Encourage the growth of El Shaddai Institute to include other regions for the purpose of equipping laborers with the Word and the Spirit, enabling them to reach, win, and disciple the yet unreached.

Help to support and send out workers who have the desire and calling to work for the Lord and will flow with FMI leadership and support the FMI Vision. We support growth and expansion, not merely maintenance for:

1. Our Bible School graduates.
2. Native pastors starting new churches.
3. Native evangelists.
4. Missionaries

Obtain an airplane for the purpose of encouraging, helping, and maintaining communication with associate ministers and churches and for reaching churchless pueblos. Many towns have airstrips. For us that can turn 48 hours driving time into 4 hours flying time.

Send missionary pilot Bob Scott through an airplane mechanics course so when we receive our airplane he can maintain it and when he’s flying in remote areas he can take care of field maintenance.

Develop ministry outreaches to other nations in addition to Mexico and Iran.
We currently support other ministries working in three nations.

Continue to pave the way for the Gospel into unreached communities through prayer/investigative journeys, followed by evangelism outreaches, resulting in the planting of churches.

Establish a world mission training and sending school for English speaking people in Douglas.

Continue developing PETRA classes at FMC.

Continue developing talents in performing arts that will touch the heartstrings of our Latin communities.

Cumpas Mission Station
1. Update beds.
2. Build additional guests rooms in the back lot.

Care and Share Ministry
1. Secure a minister of helps to oversee distribution.
2. Have a Care and Share center in conjunction with a hospitality house for:
a. Ministers and mission teams passing through.
b. Visiting Mexican pastors and their families.
c. Temporary housing for missionaries on furlough.
d. Install RV hook ups for visiting volunteers.

Update all ministry vehicles to newer models equipped for heavy duty off road use.

Investigate and help start a work in San Pedro de Las Cuevas, Sonora.

Help establish a church in Chinipas, Chihuahua.

Establish a connection in Mesilla Valley, NM.

Establish ministry connections with Native American Tribes in North America.
