Statement of Faith

We confess that:

1. Jesus is the Christ, the Lord, and the Son of God.

2. Jesus Christ has come in the flesh.

3. Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary, led an exemplary life, and died on the cross.

4. Jesus was resurrected from the dead through the power of the Holy Spirit, and ascended bodily into heaven to be at the right hand of God.

5. Jesus shall return bodily from heaven to rule and reign on the earth.

6. The blood of Jesus redeemed mankind from the penalty of sin.

7. Jesus’ stripes bring healing and health to the believer who seeks Him and abides in His Word. 

8. Jesus became poor for the sake of the saints, so that they might become rich, and have wealth for the spreading of the Gospel. 

9. The baptism of the Holy Spirit is timely truth for today.

10. The baptism of the Holy Spirit gives believers nine gifts; wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, tongues, and interpretation of tongues.

11. The Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God and is the ultimate Authority in all matters of theology.

12. The Holy Bible should be studied regularly, as a foundation for direction in our lives.
